Boynton Beach Faith Based Community Development Corporation, (Boynton Beach CDC), Inc is a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit corporation is dedicated to improving the lives of residents in Boynton Beach and surrounding communities by Revitalizing conomically distressed neighborhoods while creating and preserving sustainable communities. Established in 1999 by a group for concerned residents, Boynton Beach CDC was created to help address the lack of affordable housing for low and moderate income families in Boynton Beach. The founding members which represented a wide range of organizations including government, religious, business and grass roots came together to combat the critical housing need of the community.

Boynton Beach CDC is a non-profit organization serving low and moderate -income residents of Boynton Beach, Florida, and neighboring communities. The overall commitment of the organization is to provide opportunities that improve the lives of community residents. As part of this commitment, Boynton Beach CDC has undertaken the challenge of providing Homeownership opportunities for families with limited resources. Frustrated with the conditions of slum, blight, crime, poverty and hopelessness, community residents came together to address those pressing community issues.
